5. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

Your personal information is stored on servers located in Indonesia, hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. with Indonesian data residency. We do not transfer your personal data outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) and Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019 on the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions (PP PSTE).
By using the Services, you consent to your information being processed and stored in Indonesia under applicable Indonesian data protection laws.
7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, or as required by applicable Indonesian law:
- Account and profile data — retained for the duration of your active account, plus 30 days after account closure to allow data export.
- Transaction and financial data — retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with Indonesian tax law (UU No. 28/2007 on General Tax Provisions) and up to 10 years where required by regulation.
- Usage and analytics data — retained for up to 2 years for product improvement purposes.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.
7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. 9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
